You Will Need:
Cup of cold water
Selenite
Chrysocolla or Rose Quartz
Ruby
Moonstone
Directions:
- Hold the cup in your hands, reflecting on how this cup is a symbol for what you choose to hold within your life and your body. Sip the water, feeling its coldness pass down your throat and chest.
- Lie down and place the Selenite by the base of your skull where the neck meets the head, Chrysocolla / Rose Quartz at your fourth (heart chakra) energy center, Ruby at the third (solar plexus chakra)energy center, and Moonstone on your second (sacral chakra) energy center.
- Visualize the moon above you and a waterfall flowing from it into each of your energy centers, Imagine the stones vibrating or humming with energy in response.
- Focus on visualizing the water from the moon flowing through you, growing from a tiny stream, stronger and stronger, strengthening your psychic connection. Allow your feelings to flow through you and out your feet, back to earth.
- After about 20-30 minutes, breathe deeply and slowly bring your awareness back to your body. Arise when you are ready.
